Hello World!

I am Daniel Goodall and I guess you could call my role at Nokia a Marketing Planner, with a particular focus on digital and social media and word-of-mouth.

I started in the digital marketing field in 2001 at American Express, then took some time out to complete an MBA, then got hired to Nokia by Christian Lindholm, to work on Lifeblog, a product which has morphed into many things including Nokia Photos and the Royal Artist Club.

Since then I’ve worked on a bunch of marketing projects, including WOMworld, Jealous Computers, The Passenger, Nokia Open Lab etc,.

ps I sometimes daydream that I am an agent for the late, great Bill Hicks - and my job is take marketing from the spammy, attention-grabbing waste-of-space that it has been to being a source of actual value and goodness.
